What is a Reverse Job Fair? This is a free, accessible career event where job seekers set up booths or tables instead of employers. Job seekers showcase their skills, resumes, and projects on display materials, while recruiters circulate around the room to meet them. Accommodations are available to ensure every job seeker can fully participate. This is primarily for candidates ages 14-25 with disabilities or neurodiversity, but all ages and abilities are welcome!
